08/31/09 - Windsor Financing Provides Supplemental Information |
CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Windsor Financing, LLC announced that it will make available directly to existing and prospective investors in Windsor's bonds certain supplemental financial and operating information. The supplemental information will be provided, from time to time, via a password protected confidential platform on IntraLinks(R) (the "Platform"), which Windsor expects to become available commencing September 15, 2009. The supplemental information disclosed on the Platform may include, but is not limited to, financial statements and data, operating reports and notices regarding events relevant to the operations of Windsor's subsidiaries.
Current and potential investors in Windsor's 5.881% Senior Secured Bonds due 2017 CUSIP 973582AA7 and 6.927% Subordinated Secured Notes due 2016 CUSIP 973582AB5 who wish to apply for access to the Platform should send a request to investorrelations@cogentrix.com. The request must include the name of the requesting individual and the name of the company or institution, if any, on behalf of which such individual is requesting access to the Platform, together with a valid e-mail address and telephone number. All requests for access are subject to verification and approval by Windsor, and access is subject to conditions (including an agreement to keep the information on the Platform confidential). Further details of the terms and conditions of the Platform will be provided upon receipt of application for access.
About Windsor Financing, LLC: Windsor Financing, LLC is an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of Calypso Energy Holdings LLC. Calypso is eighty percent owned by EIF Calypso, LLC, a limited liability company owned by one or more private equity funds managed by EIF Management, LLC, and twenty percent owned by Cogentrix Energy, LLC. Windsor, the issuer of the bonds, owns and operates, through two wholly-owned direct subsidiaries, two power generating projects, one in Virginia with a nominal capacity of approximately 220 megawatts and one in North Carolina with a nominal capacity of approximately 110 megawatts.
