CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Charlotte's premiere custom home-builder, Julie LaTerra Homes, has launched a new approach to consulting: After-Hours with Julie. Most consumers know a shift has occurred in the housing market, but what does it really mean? Company CEO Julie LaTerra is making herself available every Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to answer consumers' and realtors' questions. Offering up more than 25 years worth of expertise, LaTerra's weekly consultations will answer both user-submitted questions, as well as self-generated submissions. LaTerra will focus on consumer-driven topics, as well as those that apply to fellow Realtors.
