CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Mason Alexander, managing partner of the Charlotte office of labor law firm Fisher & Phillips LLP was recently the featured speaker at The Employers’ Association’s October 1 breakfast meeting. Alexander, who specializes in labor law relating to union campaigns and avoidance, spoke on the topic of the status of the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA), the future of card check, and the revisions that will likely be made to the current bill. He also discussed union organizing in such an environment.
