10/20/09 - Terrace Cafe Hires New Executive Chef
CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Chef Thomas Kerns is now at the helm at Terrace Cafe in Southpark. Kerns comes from Harper's Restaurant Group, where he had worked as Sous Chef at Upstream, and most recently as Chef De Cuisine at Harper's Restaurant.

A North Carolina native, Kerns' experience also includes Sous Chef at The Charlotte Country Club, as well as Palm Restaurant in Charlotte, Philadelphia and Nashville.

Breakfast at Terrace Cafe ranges from S'mores French Toast and Filet Medallion Eggs Benedict. Lunch includes Tofu Lettuce Wraps, Highland Gaelic Fish & Chips and the Fried Green Tomatoes appetizer.
