05/28/09 - Pasquale Kuritzky Wins CAC-Florida Account

MIAMI, FL - Harlan Kuritzky, vice president of Pasquale Kuritzky Architecture, Inc., a full service commercial and residential architectural firm based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, has announced that the firm has been selected by CAC-Florida Medical Centers to provide architectural services for renovations and expansion of its CAC-Florida Westchester medical office building in Miami, Florida. The design and construction documents for the two-story facility located at 8686 NW 24th Street (Coral Way) have been completed and have been submitted for permitting.
Pasquale Kuritzky will provide design through construction contract administration services for CAC-Florida. The interior of the existing 12,000 SF building will be completely demolished and both floors will be renovated, including the addition of office spaces planned for the ground floor. Exterior modifications include window replacement and relocation of exterior doors as well as a new patient drop- off area.
The design by Pasquale Kuritzky Architecture will include main and secondary reception and waiting areas, Wellness & Community Room, pain modalities area, doctors’ offices, exam rooms, triage areas, labs, x-ray area, medical records areas, administration/referral department and nurses station areas, restrooms, lounges and storage.
Construction is expected to begin in August 2009 with completion projected for spring 2010. Structural consultant for the project is Blaney Engineering, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing consultant is Delta G. Consulting Engineers.
