- Payroll Management and Statutory Compliance Knowledge?
- Employee Database Management
- Issuance of Various Letters
- Leaves & Attendance Management
- Payroll, EPF-ESIC, PT & Legal Compliance
- Performance Review & Management
- Trainings & Development activities
- Employee Engagement Activities
- Work closely with our US management on our resource/candidate requirements
Required Candidate profile
- Only Male candidate with Good Spoken English
- Bachelors Degree in human resources or specialization
- Should have at least 5yrs of work experience as HR Manager/Executive
- The candidate must have relevant work experience in MNC Company preferred.
- Experience in handling all the Statutory Compliance
