We are looking for experienced male candidates in the field of NetSuite Business Software for the post of Sr.NetSuite Financial Systems and Netsuite Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite ERP financial modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical consultants to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient financial solutions aligned with business goals. The candidate should be willing to work from our CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai office on a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite Financials implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Configure and support NetSuite modules:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets
• Cash Management
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Multi-currency, Multi-subsidiary, and OneWorld
• Analyze existing financial processes and recommend best-practice NetSuite solutions
• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and business requirement documents (BRDs)
• Collaborate with technical teams on Suite Script, integrations, and customizations, train the end user and assist in problem solving,
• Support data migration activities including chart of accounts, vendors, customers, and opening balances
• Perform UAT and API coordination, issue resolution, and post-go-live support
• Develop user training materials and conduct end-user training sessions
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on NetSuite financial capabilities and enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CA/MBA/CPA/ or Degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration, with NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification Preferred.
• 5 to 10+ years of experience in ERP Financials, with strong NetSuite exposure.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite Financial Modules.
• Strong understanding of USA process in relations to:
• Financial close process.
• Revenue recognition.
• Inter-company accounting.
• Tax and compliance reporting.
• Experience with NetSuite OneWorld implementations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience with NetSuite implementations for US clients or entities.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and audit requirements.
• Experience working with global clients and remote teams.
