Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive (male) to support daily operations, data entry, and basic accounting tasks. The role requires good Excel skills and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back office and data entry work
- Maintain and update records in Excel and ERP system
- Perform basic Excel tasks (filters, sorting, simple formulas)
- Enter accounting transactions (credit/debit entries)
- Assist with invoicing, ledger updates, and reconciliations
- Prepare simple reports and maintain data accuracy
- Support team with administrative and accounting tasks
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
- Flexible to work in any shift (Day/Night)
Qualification & Experience
- B.Com / Any Graduate
- Minimum 1 -3 years of experience in back office / accounts / data entry role
Preferred Qualities
- Responsible and reliable
- Able to handle repetitive tasks
- Team player
- High level of accuracy and accountability
