Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive (male) to support daily operations, data entry, and basic accounting tasks. The role requires good Excel skills and at least 1 year of relevant experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day back office and data entry work
  • Maintain and update records in Excel and ERP system
  • Perform basic Excel tasks (filters, sorting, simple formulas)
  • Enter accounting transactions (credit/debit entries)
  • Assist with invoicing, ledger updates, and reconciliations
  • Prepare simple reports and maintain data accuracy
  • Support team with administrative and accounting tasks

Required Skills

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
  • Flexible to work in any shift (Day/Night)

Qualification & Experience

  • B.Com / Any Graduate
  • Minimum 1 -3 years of experience in back office / accounts / data entry role

  • High level of accuracy and accountability
